Portobello Mushrooms loose

Portobellois a large brown mushroom, left to mature and and become bigger before picking. It is distinguished for its texture that resembles meat and its rich, earthly flavour.

SOMETHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PORTOBELLO:

You should rinse it and gently wipe it with a paper towel before cooking.

It can be grilled, stuffed in the oven, or fried.
